That guy looks like his name should be Chaz and he should have a job in human resources at a software company. He's also the kind of guy who excessively shortens words, like using "cazh" instead of casual and "skosh" instead of "small amount". He quotes Napoleon Dynamite and Borat to disguise the fact that he's actually 35 and developing a bald spot. Nobody in the cubicle farm likes him except for himself and his boss, who's ass he's constantly kissing. He spends most of his paid vacation time playing mini golf with his gold-digging girlfriend Trish in a sad attempt to come across as "fun" and "laid back".
